From Installer to Specialist

Kai's journey began in construction — spending 7 years scaffolding in London on domestic builds and high-rise tower blocks. That hands-on experience at height gave Kai a deep understanding of working safely and efficiently on rooftops that most tradespeople simply don't have.
Kai's journey into solar began with hands-on installation work — learning every aspect of how solar panels are fitted, maintained, and protected. It was during this time that Kai noticed a recurring problem that no one was solving properly: birds nesting under solar panels, causing damage, reducing efficiency, and creating fire risks for homeowners across the UK.
Frustrated by the damage birds were causing to solar arrays across the UK, Kai started strictly focusing on saving solar arrays from invading birds — protecting panels, preserving energy output, and giving customers a solution that actually worked.
Kai's Solar Services UK LTD was founded on that single principle: do the job properly, don't cut corners, and always put the customer first. Today, Kai covers the whole of the UK, from Plymouth to Aberdeen, bringing the same hands-on expertise and personal approach to every job.
